Windsurfing Victoria was established in 1985 to represent the community of windsurfers here in Victoria, and to promote all aspects of the sport locally. Similar associations exist in each of the other States, with all belonging to the national body the Australian Windsurfing Association. Windsurfing Victoria is our public voice – promoting windsurfing and lobbying as needed to protect access to our favourite spots around the State.
Membership runs from 1 July to 30 June each year. All current Windsurfing Victoria members are listed on the AWA National Members Register. We do not issue membership cards/numbers, or insurance certificates - event organisers etc use the AWA National Register to confirm that your membership and insurance cover are current
